I guess that would depend upon the reason for not supporting the older ones. Most likely it's a matter of maintenance. Every version requires testing. But that issue makes it sound like a security reason. If that's the case, then no we wouldn't go back to supporting older versions. You can always continue to use the older debugpy though. |

debugpy < 1.8.17 has several manylinux wheels, supporting much older glibc versions. I didn't find the issue/PR that led to their removal (perhaps related to #1564?). Is there a way you would consider continuing to support more versions?
