EEXIST error notification from Foundry Toolkit for VS Code extension

Not sure since when, I keep getting this error notification from the extension.

EEXIST: file already exists, open '/Users/myusername/.vscode-insiders/extensions/ms-windows-ai-studio.windows-ai-studio-1.4.2-darwin-arm64/ai-mlstudio/bin/Inference.Service.Agent.lock'

I am on macOS arm64 with 1.124.0-insider VS Code Insider. I have seen this for prior versions of VS Code insider as well.

All agent launches share one lock file (per binary + user). Launching multiple at once makes them contend on it, and a failed lock is thrown as a fatal error instead of being retried/ignored.

Deleting the .lock clears it for now, but it can recur under concurrent launches.
