Not able to copy dll from user folder

In copilot chat, when I try to use ministral3-3b-instruct-1512-cuda-gpu, once the model is downloaded, I have error of type

The folder path is with a dot > C:\Users\cedric.aitk
Proper path is C:\Users\cedric\aitk\
