Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a large file with a long line
2. Ctrl-Z doesn't enable word wrap

Disabling large file optimization makes word wrap work.

Even if this issue cannot be directly fixed, it should at least show message "disable large file optimization to enable word wrap" to improve user experience.

This is the same issue as #45974 . I re-submit because it was closed when the bug is not yet fixed.
