Incorrect padding on attached folder in chat input (VS Code Agents app)

In the VS Code Agents app, when I attach a folder to the chat input, the folder is displayed with incorrect padding. The spacing around the attached folder item does not render correctly, making it visually inconsistent with other attached items.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the VS Code Agents app
2. Attach a folder to the chat input
3. Observe the attached folder item in the chat input

Expected behavior:
The attached folder is displayed with correct, consistent padding, matching other attached items

Actual behavior:
The attached folder is rendered with incorrect padding
