Allow users to use Claude & Codex agents without a paid GitHub Copilot subscription, using their own model providers.
For example, I have a ChatGPT subscription, and I've configured Claude API Key for Claude Code, but I did not buy Copilot. However, when I want to use these two agents in Chat, it says Upgrade to GitHub Copilot Pro to use this agent.
Now I want to use them with my own subscription. I hate split view. I want to use just ONE UNIFIED UI to manage my agent sessions.
