This switch tells winget to include the dependencies of the application that's being uninstalled in it's uninstallation workflow

WinGet doesn't have a rational way to know if the dependencies are required for another application. I'd expect this could be a breaking feature with unintended consequences.

I could see a feature about using winget list <package> --details where WinGet could evaluate the manifest and include dependencies known via a manifest, but I haven't thought much about getting a listing of applications WinGet knows have shared dependencies.

That wouldn't mean all dependency references are known though. There could easily be an application installed that have a dependency and WinGet doesn't know about that dependency because it isn't listed in the manifest, or WinGet doesn't have a correlated package manifest to inspect to "uncover" those dependencies.
