Output uptake message with 3 decimals

In whattrainisitnow.com, I parse the message field in https://pollbot.services.mozilla.com/v1/firefox/130.0/telemetry/main-summary-uptake to extract the uptake rate.

This rate only has 1 decimal, could we have 3 decimals instead to reduce the rounding?

I believe just changing this line:
https://pollbot.services.mozilla.com/v1/firefox/130.0/telemetry/main-summary-uptake

Not a python person, but I think that changing {:.1f} to {:.3f} would probably do it.
