[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to https://send2.dev.lcip.org/.
2. Scroll down the page and observe the behaviour.

[Expected result]:

• The footer of the page is right under the log in card.

[Actual result]:

• There is a large amount of empty space between the log in card and the footer of the page.

[Notes]:

• The issue is easily reproducible on mobile devices due to the screen sizes.
• The issue is also reproducible in Responsive Design Mode in Firefox.
