bootstrap_table() produces error on panels overview page

In includes/table.inc: bootstrap_table assumes $variables['attributes']['class'] to be an array which is not always true. It is also possible that it is just a string (drupal_attributes() allows both).

In case of the Panels overview page, I get a PHP error following a WSOD.

Looks like the core theme_table (http://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/includes!theme.inc/function/theme_table/7) uses $attributes['class'][] as an array element and not a string.

But now looking at line 29, that should be split up into two array elements. I'll take a look at that later on today.

Hm okay, so Panels (the overview page) seems to disregard that fact.

Trying to duplicate the error. Is this happening in the administration page of the panel?
