install failure

one error I resolved changing this in generate_set_map.py line 19

data_loc = r"C:\Program Files\Wizards of the Coast\MTGA\MTGA_Data\Downloads\Data"

when attempting to run commands listed in readme, I get this error

command errors resolved, my VEN didn't have wheel or twine installed
