Add mappings for LibreNMS platform values

### Proposed Functionality
Create a mapper for LibreNMS platform mappings so that they are in alignment with the network_drivers already present in Nautobot.

### Use Case
The LibreNMS SSoT app is pulling data from LibreNMS but the values do not map to existing Nautobot values.  This is to help map those new values to known values.
