Compatibility with current Thunderbird version 67

Bug report

As title says, Thunderbird 67 does not load the Add-On.
Manually tweaking the "install.rdf" file did not help.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Thunderbird Add-Ons page
2. Install from file
3. See error message

Expected behaviour

Add-on is loaded.

Actual behaviour

Thunderbird reports Add-On is not compatible.

manually tweaked install.rdf

Patching install.rdf in the xpi file did not help.
Still unable to load the Add-On.

This I copied from the enigmail xpi
<em:targetApplication> <Description> <em:id>{3550f703-e582-4d05-9a08-453d09bdfdc6}</em:id> <em:minVersion>63.0</em:minVersion> <em:maxVersion>68.*</em:maxVersion> </Description> </em:targetApplication>

But it still ddoes not load.

I think, increasing the maxVersion is not enough.
