FullTextSearch App makes NC 34 hang

Describe the bug
FullTextSearch with elasticsearch was working fine on 33.x, after updating to 34, the full website hanged. Disabled the app with occ and NC went fine again. Happened to 2 NC instances. If I enable on 34.0.1 it still makes NC hang.
The same type of thing happened on some previous major versions upgrades. I would like to recommend NC to clients, but this type of lack of testing, quality mindset is really a turnoff.
