Crash if pdf export target is open

I'm still using this great tool for printing with DriveThruCards. This doesn't cause me issues, but could be frustrating for someone if they built a big project and didn't save before re-exporting.

Seems like the crash is caused by permissions issue if you have the pdf open when it tries to overwrite.

Ah, yes. I probably fixed this in the CardMaker project but not in this one.
