Moving vertical divider in diff view breaks scrolling

Describe the bug

After moving the divider between the symbol listing and the disassembly view, you can no longer scroll either view.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Symbols -> Persisting
2. Observe that you can scroll both the symbol list and the disassembly
3. Move the vertical divider up or down (this thing: )
4. Observe that you can no longer scroll either (the grab bar still allows scrolling, but scroll wheel/2-finger scroll doesn't work)

Expected behavior

Scrolling should still work.
