Submitting into Obsidian community plugins marketplace?

Hey @timoth-y, what needs to be done in order to submit this plugin? It would be very helpful!
Is it your goal here? or what is lacking? :)
Can we at least update the readme, so there are steps how to build the plugin locally...?

I would be interested in this, too. Also, there is a VS Code Extension (just in case haven't been seen) for HackMD. I'd assume the API calls and the sync should be very similar.
