<p><b>About the day/venue:</b>
<div class="smallfont">The day will have elements of a traditional wedding but will be quite laid back and relaxed. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, there's no need to worry that you'll be too under/over-dressed! We don't have a particular colour scheme or theme so feel free to wear any colour you like (but maybe not white…!) </p>
<p>
Lartington Hall is a 17th century country house set in the Teesdale countryside near Barnard Castle. There are multiple different rooms within the venue that we can use throughout the day, so there are plenty of places to explore or sit and relax during the boring bits! During the evening reception these other rooms will provide a quieter space away from the music and dancing to sit and chat. If the weather is nice (fingers crossed!) then the Hall also has lovely gardens that look out over the fields of the Lartington Estate. There is a small car park at the venue but obviously spaces are limited. If you need to be able to park at the venue (eg for accessibility reasons) then let us know and we can reserve a space for you. </div></p>
