Documentation: Exports plugin

This plugin needs to be documented. The testing issue has an explanation of the "Records" exporter. Otherwise, the plugin is almost identical to the Omeka S module, so I imagine much of its documentation could be reused .

I'm getting errors setting a directory no matter what I do. I tried to set it to existing folders used for other things, I tried making a new folder inside files, I made a new folder in the root, I set everything to 777...
