Ruby Gem built to require ruby-prof ~> 0.13

The [latest available gem](ruby-prof ~> 0.13) still requires an older version of RubyProf, despite how it appears that the code on main has been updated to accept the latest version of RubyProf. Can you please release a newer version?

Workaround:

  gem "ruby-prof-flamegraph", git: "https://github.com/oozou/ruby-prof-flamegraph.git", ref: "fc3c437", require: false

But it'd sure be nice to have the update released.
