Add `--ignore-initial` to match chokidar's `ignoreInitial` option?

It's currently not possible (from what I can see?) to tell the cli tool to ignore the initial watch and only kick in on changes after startup, matching Chokidar's own ignoreInitial: [true/false] config option. Could that be added?
