Pass operation ids through context?

Plumbing an operation id from middle ware to traces today means it ends up in custom dimensions while not the end of the world be nice if it ended up in the custos operation_id field.

Maybe we could provide a helper to stick context tags onto the request context and then have slog handler pull them off?
