- You grant Opencom and its designees a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, and sublicensable patent license to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, import, and otherwise transfer your contribution, where this license applies only to patent claims that you can license and that are necessarily infringed by your contribution alone or by combination of your contribution with the work to which you submitted it.
- You represent that:

- Your contribution does not knowingly include code or material that you are not authorized to submit under these terms.
