Some setup.sh script issues

Thanks so much for the project!

I was able to get everything fully set up by doing things manually (which I prefer), but I think there are some issues with the script. No need to solve them for me, but just wanted to let you know.

$ npx convex dev --once --project opencom   
✖ `--team, --project, and --dev-deployment can can only be used with `--configure`.

$ npx convex run auth:signup ...
✖ Failed to run function "auth:signup":
Could not find function for 'auth:signup'

And then I switched to auth:signIn for signup and I needed to then follow the convex auth instructions for setting JWT_PRIVATE_KEY https://labs.convex.dev/auth/setup/manual#configure-private-and-public-key

But other than that things seem to be working!
