Do we want to include `edge_computing` and `nodes/edge` OCP docs?

Read this comment [1]. Right now we are skipping edge_computing and nodex/eges sections in the OLS docs when building the vector DB, but we are not sure whether we really want to include exclude them.

Investigate whether we want to include these docs. If yes, then remove them from the exclude list. Otherwise, close this issue.
