Fix Issues introduced by WCIA

The WCIA working group has not been consistent with using the ULIDs or even keeping consistent names on the lab-metrics -- which they claimed they would be doing. This is unfortunate. Investigate the issues introduced by Confidence Analytics, Treeline and Green Growers and A360 -- try to work with those laboratories to unify their metric names and IDs.

Example, Loss on Drying has a number of different representations by the different labs.

Another example is laboratories who've changed their name and ID for the different metrics over time.
