[Bug]: Wrong Time in Notification

checkcle version 1.6

Bug Description

If I get an notification with the default Template:

🔴Service ${service_name} is DOWN.
 - Host: ${url}
 - Downtime: ${time}

${time} is wrong.

Steps to Reproduce

An auto Alert Templates message send.

Expected Behavior

Instead 11:00 the message shows 10:00.

I have noticed the same issue. I am using the signal API for notifications. Just tested it and I got the same response.

This shows what the down notification says verses what time it was actually sent.

This is a the compose.yml file.

Tried with another service for notification. Using ntfy and still same issue. I verified that my server is running local time and that the environment variable in the docker compose.yml is set to my timezone but the checkcle container is not using what I set. It is reverting to using UTC time instead. I am attaching a picture of the notification that shows the time ntfy received it and the time that the checkcle container shows it to be.
