Showcasing BrowserState's Power with Globally Distributed Automation

Objective

Demonstrate how BrowserState + consistent config enables seamless cross-continent automation while maintaining session integrity.

Setup

Authentication Phase (Playwright - Non-Headless Mode)

  • Open Playwright with minimal config but a fixed proxy close to dev (Boateng).
  • Authenticate on LinkedIn and extract browser state.
  • Store extracted state in Redis cache layer.

Automation Phase (Distributed Servers)

  • Server A (Python) in Continent 1
  • Server B (TypeScript) in Continent 2
  • Both servers use the same state, config, and proxy to automate LinkedIn posts.

Post Content

  • Regular LinkedIn posts showcasing:
    • Auth session uptime
    • Which continent/server is posting
    • Programming language used for automation

  • 🔄 Failover test—if one server goes down, another picks up using same state.
  • 🤖 Engagement automation—automated comments reacting to previous posts.
