Update pytz version

Currently oci-cli requires outdated pytz (pytz>=2016.10,<2025.0).

Latest version of pytz=2026.1, which is a requirement of quite a few modern packages, is incompatible with the latest oci-cli=3.81.0.

Could you please update the requirement?

Have you tried installing two different version of pytz one for oci-cli and other for other packages you are talking about.
eg. can you install oci-cli in a virtual env and related all packages will be inside the virtual-env. The other version pytz=2026.10, required for the other packages can be installed globally.

Hi @ankitapal94 , thanks for the response.
Sure, that's exactly what I do, it works perfectly. The issue appears if you want to standardise environment and put oci-cli in the pyproject.toml as a dependency - then it could lock the versoning of pytz and environment could not be resolved.
