Cannot find Windows installer for v 3.81.1

I see an .msi file for Windows under version 3.81.0 but do not see the file for 3.81.1.

Thanks! I was able to use the msi to install oci cli. One quick comment - the installer having "Server" in the name was misleading, but I was able to install on my Windows 11 laptop
