Disable browser message box alert on chat transfer

Hi, I hope your day is going well 🌻
When operator A transfer chat to operator B what I expect is that on operator B browser the chat in inserted in the operator queue and the alert sound start. What happen is different because a message box with OK and CANCEL is showed and sound not reproduced.

There is a way to remove this alert and just use to queue the chat and sound to the operator has happen when a user start a chat?

In user account do not choose show alert for transfered chats.
