Migrate OrbStack to another machine

I recently did a MacBook upgrade since I was running against some limitations on my previous one.

I have a lot of Docker containers and would be quite a hassle to manually set up each container again, is it possible to migrate all OrbStack data to another MacBook?

I tried checking the documentation and didn't immediately see a way to export all the data.
The closest to this is how to exclude OrbStack from your backups, would it be enough to just move this file over to my new machine?

There is an export option inside OrbStack to export a volume, but sadly it doesn't seem like you can do it in bulk.
