Paginator Issue

The paginator allows the user to progress to new pages even when there is no more courses to offer

Yeah 😭. The issue I ran into was this needs to be tracked on the server. Like how many courses are needed and I just didn't wanna add that state to the backend.

I think the best (stateless) solution is to just try to get (preload? maybe but that would take some implementation lol) the next page and see if it has any courses (length of the /info array?). And use that to determine if we should render the "next page" button
