Summary

Add a constraint-based terrain deformation operator based on:

The paper deforms a heightmap T into T' by searching (stochastic local search) for a sequence of truncated-Gaussian "push" operations, each parameterized by (location, amplitude, radius), that minimize a user-supplied fitness function F(T) = sum F(x, y). Fitness terms are combinable, letting a single search satisfy several constraints at once (shape masks, fixed paths/roads, edge-matching between terrains, etc).
