Add glossary of terms to click reference docs

Add a section to the general reference docs for glossary of terms.
Should contain ambiguous terms that defines how we use them in our docs. It allows us to be internally consistent in our usage

Howdy! I'd like to work on adding the glossary section to the reference docs if this issue is still available.

@nrschroeder there is already a pr, but you could review it. It's a bit of a scavenger hunt. We use most terms pretty consistently across our docs, but it's kinda hard to guarantee consistency without a definition to work against.
