[BUG] pg mod playground-tutorial: 'not found in registry' + missing setup.sh → tutorials 1–4 won't open

Severity: Critical — onboarding blocked.

Symptom

pg mod playground-tutorial fails the learning path:

• CLI: ✕ setup failed — App "playground-tutorial.dot" not found in registry (also surfaced in RevX import and on the playground About page).
• In the tutorial UI, hitting Enter won't open any of tutorials 1–4 (nor [Start tutorial]) — almost certainly because setup.sh is not found.

Recommended fix

• Register/publish playground-tutorial.dot so pg mod / RevX can resolve it.
• Ship a working setup.sh so the tutorial steps open.
