Remove country blocking entries from changelog (#20)

Delete several changelog lines referencing the country blocking feature across multiple versions (including 2.3.3, 2.0.9, and 2.0.7/2.0.8 areas). This cleans up the plugin changelog to remove outdated or unwanted mentions of the country blocking functionality and related fixes.
