Make pathsim simulation object in python from `pathview_graph.pvm`

Description

Having created a .pvm model in the GUI, it would be great to be able to create a pathsim simulation from the .pvm file, run it, and process the results natively in python without requiring the PathView GUI.

This would also facilitate running & plotting the results of two or more models together for comparison.

Problem

This feature existed in the previous version of PathView.

I think this is extremely important for reproducibility.

A solution could be to have a small python package/utility that can convert a .pvm file to a python script.
This package could be imported/loaded by pathview which would help refactoring and would allow users to better integrate pathview in their workflows without having to fiddle with the GUI.

What's being discussed here by @rossmacdonald98 is to have an "out-of-the-box" solution to convert .pvm files to python without requiring the use of the GUI.
