Update "Listen" icon in ResponseActions

Followup to #812 (review), we want to look into updating the "listen" icon to an outlined variant by default, so that we can use a filled variant when it's in a "clicked"/"selected" state.

This may likely involve utilizing the RH brand icon(s)
