Update the message bar AI disclaimer footnote #815

Description

@kaylachumley

The AI enablement team has spoken to legal about language used in the footer for AI use cases and chatbot.

Legal recommendation on text disclaimers:
Slide deck here for more info

include a text disclaimer at the beginning of an experience that involves an AI interaction.
For experiences, like chatbots, that involve user inputs, the preferred text disclaimer is: "Always review AI generated content prior to use."

Contextual alerts don't need a disclaimer when they open a chat that has its own disclaimer.
The legal team has provided more information about text disclaimers for AI. (Link to this document is pending.)

Quick fix for this specific issue:

  • Update footnote verbiage in examples/demos to use "Always review AI-generated content prior to use."
  • For the full screen demo , remove the "i" icon from the verbiage
  • Update the blue text below the message box to also show the popover implementation
  • Have Erin write up design guidelines for when to use static text vs popover

general design question: it looks like the footnote example (not the demo) is static text and not a link button. The demo however, is wired up to be a link button with a popover. For the time being, the recommendation is to remove the "i" icon, leaving the disclaimer as a non clickable footnote (plain text) with no link direction, however, I'm wondering if we should leave the popover action or remove? (since its optional and the product area can wire it up to be what they want)? Not sure how many products are currently using this feature. if we leave the popover then the disclaimer in the demo would remain as a link button but if we remove the popover then it needs to change to plain text.

what it needs to look like after updating: note - i used a regular text content block for the legal disclaimer - previously it was a link button in figma but since its not linking to anything, it should probably be updated? or have 2 variant org examples of the disclaimer being used as a link button and static text?
