Custom CSS stylesheet #5

Hello,
It's quite annoying having to go into the header.html file every time I want to add or change something about the style.
It would be nice to have the ability to provide a path to a css stylesheet in the config that would then be used for the website (e.g. custom_css = "/css/style.css"). This has already been done for other themes, but apparently not for this one yet.
It would also be nicer to have all the custom styles in one place without having to open the header file every time I want to change something about the footer or the way articles are presented.
