How to migrate consent/permissions when migrating from WAC to ACP server?

If we want to copy permission, what happens when migrating from an WAC to ACP server?

Currently, this is not handled by the migrator.

In fact, I'm not sure ACP is supported at all, so tests need to be added for that.

As a side-note, are ACL and Aux resources currently copied? Also needs to be double checked.
