From f47f6a1d876825476e8de330f4ffd95ff82a3269 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: chip-peanut-bot Date: Wed, 30 Sep 2026 15:29:52 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] Write down the steward's PR process and chip's advisory review Hugo's rule from 2026-09-30: the steward no longer pushes to main. It opens a PR, waits for chip's review, answers or fixes every finding, runs its own QA, then merges. Kept in this file (AGENTS.md is a symlink to it) so the rule survives steward restarts. Also records that the chip review workflow is owned by mono and must not be edited here. --- CLAUDE.md | 4 ++++ 1 file changed, 4 insertions(+) diff --git a/CLAUDE.md b/CLAUDE.md index 99a13e98..df0c7528 100644 --- a/CLAUDE.md +++ b/CLAUDE.md @@ -38,6 +38,10 @@ two is the remaining merge. - **Push straight to `main`.** No PR, no review gate, no waiting. `main` is unprotected on purpose. - **A push to `main` deploys to production within ~5 minutes.** There is no CI gate in front of it.
