This category exists because the tool has no way to find its own mistakes. Nothing you analyse
leaves your machine, so nothing tells us when a rule misfires.

What makes a useful report

1. The passage — or as much of it as you are willing to share publicly. A single sentence is
   often enough.
2. Which sign was flagged (the finding names it).
3. What you know about the text: who wrote it, roughly when, and whether the author was writing
   in a second language.
4. Version and host: web, desktop, CLI or MCP.

You do not need to be sure it is a false positive. "This feels wrong" is a fine report — the
rule either survives the scrutiny or it does not.

One known class, to start the list. Careful, formal, structurally correct prose by a
second-language writer triggers several of the syntactic-tell rules more often than it should.
The rules were built from generated text, and generated text is also careful, formal and
structurally correct. Untangling those two is the hardest open problem in this project. Reports
here are what make it tractable.
