Show warnings when specific options do not match as expected #907
Description
A warning should be shown when specific options do not match the things they are trying to match.
For example, it would be helpful to know when and which patterns provided to snapshot filters do not match snapshots. Like the sitemap, static, or other snapshot options that accept include/exclude. Another example would be allowedHostnames which are sometimes used erroneously or incorrectly.
