+# Plan 003 - Suite Monetization
+
+Status: source of truth for the current marketing/planning phase. No billing,
+accounts, license checks, or hosted sync are implemented here.
+
+Pickforge has one planned paid layer: Forge Pass. The free baseline stays useful
+for every app, and official signed builds plus auto-updates stay available to
+everyone.
+
+## Hard Constraint
+
+The products drive the user's own Claude, OpenAI, Codex, OpenCode, and similar
+accounts. Never sell or imply bundled AI access. BYO agent auth stays visible in
+the free tier. Pricing copy sells Pickforge workflow value, not model access.
+
+## Free Baseline

+- MIT source code where the app is already MIT.
