add a -max flavour for supervisor that includes soap

Hi,

currently we have a -max flavour of the php-fpm image that includes the soap extension.
For the supervisor there is no soap extension available.

It would be great if a supervisor-max image could add the soap extension so that the same code can be run in cronjobs in the backend as well.
