TiProxy uses AWS SDK v1 ( github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go ) which is end of life.

Looks like TiProxy uses github.com/pingcap/tidb/br/pkg/storage that is using v1 of the SDK as well. So fixing this might depend on fixing it in pingcap/tidb.
