Support updates for remote package installations

Problem

Currently, the remote packages can't be updated automatically and the version needs to be set manually.

Expected behavior

soar should handle updating remote package installations too.

• For AppImages supporting zsync, it'd be ideal to integrate appimagetool.
• For other packages, we should ideally allow user to specify how to fetch the latest package version (?) so it can work for any package regardless of the source.
