Hey PostNL dev team! I’m having some issues with your Shopify integration. Previously, my orders could be automatically fulfilled when the label was printed, but unfortunately this is no longer possible. Right now, fulfillment only happens after the first scan, and even that doesn’t seem to work properly. If possible, I’d really appreciate having this feature restored.

Hi @sensy-one thank you for your inquiry. Our previous release did indeed contain a feature which allowed for automatic fulfillment based on printing rather than scanning. However, unfortunately this release also had undesirable side effects for other users which were severe enough to require a rollback. We are currently working hard to investigate these issues so we can fix them and roll out the release again. At the moment we are unable to provide a timeline.
